Refund & Returns Policy

We want every plant that leaves here to arrive healthy and exactly as described. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right — no runaround, no lengthy process.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every order is covered by our live arrival guarantee. If your plant arrives in unsatisfactory condition — damaged in transit, severely stressed, or not as described — photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and email us at [email protected].
We'll review the photos and offer either a full replacement or a full refund, at your choice. We ask for photos not to make the process difficult, but so we can understand what happened and prevent it from happening again.
What Qualifies
- Plant arrived visibly damaged or broken
- Plant arrived dead or completely collapsed
- Plant is significantly different from what was described or photographed
- Wrong plant was shipped
What Doesn't Qualify
Because plants are living things, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Minor cosmetic damage such as a single torn or bent leaf that occurred during normal shipping
- Natural variation in leaf shape, size, or variegation pattern (no two leaves are identical)
- Plant decline after delivery caused by incorrect care, improper light, overwatering, underwatering, cold drafts, or other environmental factors
- Buyer's remorse after a plant has been accepted and care has begun
- Plants that were refused at delivery or left in weather conditions that caused damage
If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, email us anyway. We'd rather talk it through than have you sit with a problem.
Reporting a Problem
To file a claim, email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the plant as received, including the packaging if damaged
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond within one business day.
Replacements & Refunds
Approved claims are resolved within 5–7 business days. Replacements ship on the next available shipping day (Monday–Wednesday). Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
If a direct replacement isn't available due to stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund — your choice.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been packed for shipment. Once a shipping label has been generated, we are unable to cancel the order. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
