Welcome to the Mason's Jungle Rewards Program! We love rewarding our customers for shopping with us, engaging with our community, and coming back day after day. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how our points program works.
How to Earn Points
Shopping with Us For every $1.00 you spend on qualifying purchases, you'll earn 1 point. Points are calculated based on the individual unit price of each product (excluding taxes) — not the overall cart total. Points are awarded on a per-product basis and will be credited to your account once your order reaches a processing, payment completed, or completed status.
Create an Account Earn 200 bonus points just for registering a new account with us. This is a one-time welcome reward for new customers.
Daily Login Bonus Simply log in to your account once per day and you'll automatically earn 1 bonus point. There's no purchase required — just show up!
Complete Your Profile Earn 100 bonus points by completing all fields in your customer profile. This is a one-time reward to get you started on the right foot.
Birthday Bonus Earn 500 bonus points on your birthday! Make sure your birthday is saved in your account profile so we can celebrate with you.
Leave a Product Review Earn 200 points for every 2 product reviews you leave. Reviews are a great way to help the community and rack up points at the same time!
Who Can Earn Points
All registered customers are eligible to earn points. If you placed an order as a guest using an email address that is associated with a registered account, those points will be credited to your account. Similarly, if you register a new account using the same billing email from a previous guest order, those historical points will be applied to your new account.
Points That Won't Be Earned
Points are not awarded in every situation. Please take note of the following exclusions:
- Coupon usage: If you apply a coupon to your order, points will only be earned on the discounted order amount — not the full pre-discount total. For example, if your order is $30 and you use a $10 coupon, you will earn points based on the $20 you actually paid.
- Refunded orders: If an order is refunded (in full or partially), any points earned from that order will be removed from your account.
- Cancelled orders: Points earned from a cancelled order will be removed from your account.
Points Rounding
When a purchase results in a fractional point total, points are always rounded down to the nearest whole number.
Points Expiration
Your points do not expire. Once earned, they remain in your account indefinitely unless removed due to a cancellation or refund (see above).
How to Redeem Points
Conversion Rate Every 100 points you've accumulated equals $1.00 off your order. Points are applied as a fixed dollar discount at checkout.
How to Apply Your Points When you're ready to redeem, you'll see a points redemption option on the Cart and Checkout pages. Simply choose how many points you'd like to apply to your order. The discount is calculated on your product prices excluding taxes.
Coupons and Points Together You are welcome to use both a store coupon and a points redemption on the same order. Both types of discounts can be applied simultaneously.
No Minimum Redemption Restrictions There are no minimum or maximum redemption thresholds currently in place. Redeem as few or as many points as you like, subject to your available balance.
Converting Points to a Shareable Coupon
From your My Account page, you have the option to convert your points balance into a coupon code. This is a great way to share a discount with a friend or save it for a future purchase. There are no set limits on how many points can be converted, and generated coupon codes do not have an expiration date.
Changes to This Policy
Mason's Jungle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program or any aspect of it at any time. We'll do our best to communicate any significant changes to our customers in advance.
